City Wide Facility Solutions was looking for a Sales Executive

City Wide Facility Solutions, a 60-year-old company recognized among Austin's fastest-growing private businesses, is hiring a Sales Executive for our Austin market. In this hunter role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle in a B2B environment, generating new recurring revenue clients to pass to our Operations team.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals to secure new recurring revenue clients monthly.
  • Achieve Sales ScoreCard targets for New Contract Revenue started, Building Surveys attended, and Closing percentage on Proposals Delivered.
  • Manage activities and maintain all client and lead information in the CRM.
  • Close sales by building rapport, explaining the company model, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with teammates and prospective clients.
  • Improve new business development efficiencies and troubleshoot issues.
  • Travel within city limits up to 50% of the time.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor with a strong values fit for the team.
  • Documented history of winning and beating sales results in a HUNTER role.
  • 5+ years in New Sales Business Development within a similar B2B organization.
  • 5+ years of proven, documented success selling in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong grasp of MS Office and CRM systems.
