Oscar is seeking a Sales Executive to join our mission to change health care. This role drives our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads and serving as the first point of contact for prospects. You will generate interest and set up meetings for our sales team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
- Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Represent our product at events and conferences, which may occur during evening or weekend hours.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training.
- Identify areas for improvement in tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of healthcare industry experience in a sales role or sales organization.
- 2+ years of experience presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be a licensed insurance professional or obtain licensure within the first 90 days.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
