TensorOps is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide therapy services remotely through the BetterHelp platform. In this independent contractor role, you'll focus on client care while we handle administration, insurance, and overhead. You'll build and maintain your own caseload using a flexible schedule.
What You'll Do
- Provide therapy services to adults, couples, or teens.
- Maintain a private and professional environment for conducting remote sessions.
- Focus on delivering client care while the platform manages administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- A fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) allowing you to practice without supervision.
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
- 3+ years of post-graduate mental health counseling experience.
- Experience counseling adults, couples, and/or teens.
- U.S. residency and a private workspace with a reliable internet connection.
- Active professional liability insurance.
- Excellent written communication skills.
