TensorOps is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive demand and build a robust sales pipeline for our platform. In this remote role, you will generate new business opportunities by engaging and qualifying leads from marketing channels and direct outreach, directly impacting our growth.
What You'll Do
- Identify, engage, and qualify leads from marketing channels, ensuring alignment with our solutions.
- Conduct direct outreach to new leads and prospect into a technical audience, applying a deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
- Analyze lead generation trends and optimize outreach efforts using performance metrics.
- Utilize phone, email, and social selling to connect with key decision-makers, delivering tailored value propositions.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing and sales, collaborating with Account Executives to nurture prospects and facilitate handoffs.
- Consistently meet or exceed quotas for Booked Meetings and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
- Track and report key sales development metrics, including conversion rates and engagement trends.
- Use sales tools to maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline.
- Proactively stay informed about industry trends and innovations.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Minimum 1+ years of proven sales development experience exceeding quota, or a customer-facing role engaging prospects.
- Minimum 1+ years working within a CRM system (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Ability to support clients during Pacific Standard Time and be based on the West Coast.
- Strong communication skills to develop and deliver compelling outreach, speak confidently to audiences, and handle objections.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a disciplined approach to prospecting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining self-motivation.
- Comfortable speaking in front of an audience in team meetings, client presentations, or sales pitches.
- A growth mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and coaching.
