- Achieve yearly sales goals by expanding product usage or securing new applications.
- Pursue commercialization of new applications to drive customer performance gains.
- Increase volume in current applications to boost customer efficiency and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to prioritize target applications.
- Provide consistent, high-quality account service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed service reports and conduct application testing and performance tracking.
- Conduct regular business meetings with customers to review performance and strategy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to processes and applications.
