About the Role

Work at the intersection of technology and sales, guiding enterprise clients through transformative networking solutions. You'll partner directly with Account Executives to understand customer pain points, lead technical discovery, and design architectures that address real-world infrastructure challenges. Your expertise will shape how organizations adopt modern, resilient connectivity platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical discussions with engineering and IT teams to uncover operational inefficiencies in existing network environments.
  • Design and present solution architectures for enterprise use cases, including secure access, SD-WAN integration, and scalable wireless deployments.
  • Collaborate with sales to accelerate deal velocity, reduce cycle times, and improve win rates through standardized technical workflows.
  • Develop demonstration environments that showcase system capabilities across routing, switching, security, and wireless domains.
  • Translate customer feedback from complex deployments into actionable insights for product teams.
  • Create training content and reference materials for internal teams, covering topics like EVPN-VXLAN design and 802.1X authentication workflows.
  • Help establish repeatable processes that scale with the growth of the Sales Engineering function.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of core networking protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EVPN-VXLAN, and multicast.
  • Proficiency in security frameworks such as 802.1X, TLS, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience with wireless standards 802.11ax and 802.11be, along with foundational services like DHCP, DNS, and NAT.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIA, JNCIS, or CWNA series.
  • Experience in enterprise sales engineering or technical pre-sales roles.
