Responsibilities

- Respond to technical inquiries during procurement processes
- Evaluate customer environments for compatibility and integration paths
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations
- Support proof-of-concept deployments and trials
- Document technical workflows and system interactions
- Troubleshoot integration challenges during pre-sales phases
- Present platform capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in crafting responses to RFPs and security questionnaires
- Stay current with platform updates and roadmap developments
- Work with product teams to relay customer feedback
- Identify technical objections and develop mitigation approaches
- Guide customers through data architecture alignment
- Support benchmarking and performance validation exercises
- Coordinate with engineering for custom solution scoping
- Maintain understanding of competitive technologies
- Enable partners on technical aspects of deployment
- Participate in industry events and technical summits
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards in proposals
- Facilitate technical workshops with client teams
- Assist in defining data observability use cases
- Validate scalability assumptions with real-world data sets
- Prepare technical documentation for customer handoffs
