DataGalaxy is hiring a Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales) to partner with our sales team and secure long-term client relationships. You will align our data platform with client needs by analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and demonstrating product value throughout the sales cycle.
What You'll Do
- Analyze functional and technical requirements of client projects.
- Build tailored solutions and lead Proofs of Concept to demonstrate platform capabilities.
- Provide recommendations to optimize implementation and facilitate production rollout.
- Translate client needs and RFPs into compelling, customized offers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proposals meet technical and business expectations.
- Ensure alignment with budget, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations in meetings, workshops, or events.
- Support account executives during client meetings and proposal defenses.
- Contribute to commercial success across all phases of the sales cycle—discovery, solutioning, closing, and handover.
- Organize and deliver monthly webinars with subjects aligned with Go-To-Market priorities.
- Represent DataGalaxy at trade shows, conferences, and presentations in France and abroad.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct active competitive analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience analyzing client requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience building and delivering product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept, and workshops.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to develop winning proposals.
- Strong communication skills for presenting to clients and representing the company at events.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.

- Willingness and ability to travel for conferences and presentations.
