TP-Link Systems Inc. is hiring a Sales Engineering Manager to lead technical pre-sales and post-sales engineering for Tier 3 and Tier 4 Internet Service Providers (ISPs). This role begins as a Player/Coach, directly supporting sales cycles while strategically hiring and leading a team of Pre-Sales Engineers to accelerate market growth.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical resource for the internal sales team and customers throughout the sales process.
- Architect and customize TP-Link solutions to meet specific ISP network requirements.
- Create and conduct technical presentations and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Assist partners and ISPs with solution implementation and troubleshooting.
- Act as primary project manager for all lab and field trials.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay field insights and customer requirements.
- Create and deliver training sessions to ISP technical teams and partners.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a sales engineering or network engineering role, preferably supporting ISPs.
- Strong networking knowledge, including Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with broadband and wireless technologies.

- Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000.
