Huntress is seeking a Sales Engineer I, IIS to join our global team. You will support the sales team by providing technical product expertise to potential customers, helping shape their first impression of the Huntress platform and offering guidance on enhancing their security posture.
What You'll Do
- Deliver product demonstrations to customers and articulate the Huntress value.
- Partner with customers to help increase their security posture.
- Review and highlight potential security problems to customers’ technical teams while positioning Huntress as a solution.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on voicing customer needs.
- Spot opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to travel ~25% of the time to meet with customers and attend events.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent/native proficiency in Dutch and English.
- 1+ years in a sales engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.
- Understanding of the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven ability to demonstrate product value and understand customer pain points.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to C-level audiences.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
Nice to Have
- Awareness of malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools such as Elastic, Splunk, etc.

This role reports to the Manager, Sales Engineering - IIS.

- Compensation: €80,000 - €90,000 on target earnings with an 80/20 split (base and commission) plus equity.
