About the Role

ADVENS is hiring a Presales / Solution Sales Architect to join our growing team. You will develop comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for prospects and customers, create high-quality offers, and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. This role involves close collaboration with sales and delivery units to maximize win rates and ensure client success.

What You'll Do

  • Develop solutions for prospects and customers leveraging the entire ADVENS portfolio.
  • Create professional, high-quality customer offers and manage proposal content.
  • Collaborate closely with sales team members and across all business areas to improve processes.
  • Evaluate customer requirements to develop value propositions and offer strategies.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions, including conducting proof-of-value activities.
  • Build and maintain close relationships to act as a trusted advisor for clients.
  • Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, technologies, and the ADVENS portfolio.
  • Collaborate with regional partners and suppliers to create synergies.
  • Gather feedback to refine the sales process and solution offerings.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to service delivery units and provide technical clarifications.
  • Represent ADVENS at events and conferences to generate leads.
  • Support ADVENS brand building and promote our values.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 8+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Consultant, Technical Account Manager, or Sales Engineer at an MSSP or cybersecurity vendor.
  • Experience working with Enterprise and Mid-Market clients.
  • Profound, up-to-date technical knowledge of IT and cybersecurity, especially incident detection and response.
  • Strong presentation skills for delivering demos and defending proposals to C-level stakeholders.
  • Full professional proficiency in German (C1) and English.
  • You enjoy client contact, teamwork, and are passionate about cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, especially in a technical or cyber context.

Nice to Have

  • IT & Cybersecurity certifications like ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001.
