About the Role

The individual in this position will collaborate with sales teams to deliver technical guidance and product solutions tailored to enterprise risk and compliance needs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and successful implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise during sales cycles for enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client challenges
  • Design customized solutions for risk and compliance use cases
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Respond to technical inquiries from prospects and customers
  • Translate client requirements into functional configurations
  • Support proof-of-concept deployments
  • Assist in defining integration strategies with existing systems
  • Create technical documentation for proposed solutions
  • Participate in RFP responses with accurate technical details
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product capabilities
  • Identify product enhancement opportunities based on client feedback
  • Coordinate with engineering teams on solution feasibility
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations in proposed designs
  • Train clients on technical aspects of implemented solutions
  • Troubleshoot pre-sales technical obstacles
  • Work with legal and security teams on client-specific requirements
  • Present technical value propositions to decision-makers
  • Track technical engagement progress across opportunities
  • Gather competitive intelligence during client interactions
  • Support certification and compliance validation processes
  • Maintain consistency between sales promises and technical delivery
  • Escalate technical risks to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to sales enablement materials
