Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and coordination support to mid-market, enterprise, and eCommerce sales teams during the sales process.
- Deliver customized technical demonstrations and presentations for potential clients and partners, addressing both technical and executive audiences.
- Help design and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, with growing ownership over time.
- Support the development of sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs by contributing technical content and documentation.
- Gather and relay customer feedback, product suggestions, and feature requests to Product Management.
- Work alongside other Sales Engineers on initiatives involving channel partners, customer onboarding, or technology integrations.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and engage in continuous learning and development activities.
- Conduct research on solutions and competitors to strengthen product positioning strategies.
- Configure and manage demo environments, sandbox systems, and lab infrastructure for internal use.
- Develop customized demo materials, scripts, and user journeys aligned with specific prospect needs.
- Document reusable solutions, product insights, and internal knowledge to enhance team efficiency.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams on cross-functional initiatives as required.
- Complete additional duties as assigned in alignment with business priorities and organizational goals.
