Responsibilities
- Grow market presence by driving sales within the industrial sector
- Create and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets for core products
- Build and sustain strong relationships with end-users and authorized distributors
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Communicate updates on new products and company initiatives to sales networks
- Assess customer machining requirements and suggest suitable tooling solutions
- Operate effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment with prompt customer follow-up
- Supply internal engineering and product teams with market insights and testing results
- Travel overnight as needed to support customer engagements
