UiPath is hiring a Sales Engineer - Commercial to act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and our sales team. You will uncover the value of Automation and AI for business processes, help secure technical wins, and identify high-value uses of our technology.
What You'll Do
- Evangelize the value that Automation brings to businesses by combining digital workforce with AI/ML capabilities.
- Be a thought leader on advancing the UiPath platform, developing marketplace offerings, and industry-specific solution accelerators.
- Understand industry challenges, headwinds, and the opportunities they create for businesses.
- Partner with the sales team to define account strategy, ideate on growing our solution footprint, and identify desired business outcomes.
- Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value (PoV) for prospects and customers.
- Conduct process discovery sessions to understand current workflows, build a backlog of automation opportunities, and quantify the value that can be unlocked.
- Work closely with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback and continually refine UiPath offerings.
- Share lessons learned and best practices with other members of the UiPath GTM team.
- Provide a feedback loop into our product teams to drive continual innovation and improved customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a customer-facing or strategic consulting role.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An understanding of technical landscapes and the ability to architect complex solutions.
- Demonstrated experience simplifying and communicating complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
- Knowledge and understanding of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies.
- Ability to empathize with co-workers and customers.
- Curiosity to learn and master your craft.
- Coachable and willing to learn to adapt to a changing environment.

- A background in consulting, sales engineering, or running automation programs.
