About the Role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Sales Engineer - CloudHealth to provide technical direction and business guidance to channel partners in North America. This role is accountable for partner enablement by driving technical programs and overseeing day-to-day technical account-level activities. You will evangelize, position, and architect solutions for channel partners within an assigned region.

What You'll Do

  • Work with sales and marketing teams to develop industry/account penetration strategies and produce account-specific enablement plans.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to channel partners and sales staff on pre-sales activities for supplier Broadcom (CloudHealth).
  • Lead discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and refinement of fully integrated technology solutions.
  • Act as a technical expert and consultant to develop solutions meeting channel partners' and end users' technology and business requirements.
  • Make technical and sales presentations to channel partners' technical and sales staff.
  • Work with marketing teams to create digital channel-ready technical content for Arrow social media.
  • Serve as a trusted technology influencer to channel partners and an internal resource on technical plays.
  • Build relationships with the Arrow account team, partners, and end users to support sales objectives.
  • Lead CloudHealth technical sales calls with and on behalf of channel partners.
  • Qualify CloudHealth sales opportunities regarding end customer technical requirements, competition, decision process, and funding.

What We're Looking For

  • Functional knowledge of FinOps, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • High level of business and sales acumen.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to conduct effective group presentations and/or trainings.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a pre-sales engineer or customer-facing role.
  • Related industry experience and/or certifications in FinOps, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
