Responsibilities
- Communicate the value of security products and services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze technical requirements in channel-driven opportunities to design tailored solutions.
- Identify customer business objectives and align them with appropriate product offerings within budget constraints.
- Lead Proof of Concept initiatives for channel-led deals, including setup, configuration, issue resolution, and user training.
- Serve as a liaison between partners and internal technical teams during POCs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Deliver insights and performance updates on partner activities to sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with channel partners to enhance their capability and independence in managing opportunities.
- Assist partners in scaling the deployment and integration of security solutions.
- Support marketing initiatives and events driven by channel partners.
