Menlo Security is hiring a Sales Engineer - Channel

Responsibilities

  • Communicate the value of security products and services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analyze technical requirements in channel-driven opportunities to design tailored solutions.
  • Identify customer business objectives and align them with appropriate product offerings within budget constraints.
  • Lead Proof of Concept initiatives for channel-led deals, including setup, configuration, issue resolution, and user training.
  • Serve as a liaison between partners and internal technical teams during POCs to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Deliver insights and performance updates on partner activities to sales, product, and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to enhance their capability and independence in managing opportunities.
  • Assist partners in scaling the deployment and integration of security solutions.
  • Support marketing initiatives and events driven by channel partners.

  • Applicants must reside in Tokyo.
  • The company does not offer relocation support.
  • Frequent travel within Japan and internationally, primarily to the United States, including overnight stays, is required.
