Responsibilities

- Track customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Identify technical objections and develop strategies to address them
- Present at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards during evaluations
- Guide customers through integration scenarios and use case validation
- Assist in troubleshooting during pre-sales testing phases
- Translate business needs into technical solutions effectively
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends
- Support onboarding discussions with new clients
- Maintain documentation of common technical configurations
- Work with legal and compliance teams on data handling requirements
