About the Role

WeTravel is seeking a bilingual Commercial Enablement Trainer to empower our global Sales, Account Management, and Onboarding teams. You will deliver high-impact training, develop enablement content, and provide the tools and support needed to drive commercial success in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver live and recorded training sessions in both English and Spanish for commercial teams across global markets.
  • Develop and maintain enablement content such as playbooks, certification paths, and product walkthroughs.
  • Partner with commercial team leads to identify skill gaps and adjust training initiatives accordingly.
  • Work with Product Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content reflects the latest product capabilities.
  • Track training participation and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Support new hire onboarding, ensuring Sales team members ramp quickly and confidently.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience training in both languages.
  • 2–3 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or training roles.
  • Experience ideally within SaaS, tech, or travel companies serving 75+ team members.
  • Have worked in a revenue-driven role before (Sales, Account Management, or similar).
  • Confident virtual facilitator who can energize and engage teams across time zones and cultures.
  • Passionate about education, performance improvement, and commercial success.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
  • Familiar with enablement and LMS tools such as Confluence, Seismic, Loom, or similar.
  • Experience building certification or role-based enablement paths from scratch.

You will join a small but mighty Enablement team empowering global Commercial teams (Sales, Account Management, Onboarding) and report to the Lead of Account Management and Commercial Enablement.
