PhotoShelter is hiring its first Sales Enablement Manager to architect the enablement function from the ground up. You will partner directly with the VP of Sales to build the strategy, structure, and culture of excellence for the sales organization. Success will be measured by improving win rate, shortening new hire ramp time, and ensuring 100% adoption of the sales methodology.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of the new training platform (P-Club), developing content, learning paths, and certification for GTM roles.
- Optimize the GTM training infrastructure to align with 2026 growth targets.
- Document and maintain the 6-stage sales process, discovery scripts, system processes, and outbound prospecting sequences.
- Run the 90-day onboarding and ramp plan for all new AEs, Account Managers and BDRs.
- Run weekly call-coaching sessions using call recording software and provide real-time, actionable feedback to reps.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops to operationalize 'sales hygiene' and improve forecasting confidence.
- Own use of Celine (internal AI GTM assistant) and sales tools to ensure proper adoption.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps by analyzing key metrics.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ year track record in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a high-performing AE/Sales Management role within a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach & Gong.
- Mastery of navigating and teaching systematic sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPIC, Solution Selling).
- Exceptional diligence in process, documentation, and project management.
- A proactive, energetic, and positive attitude; a 'coach' at heart passionate about helping others succeed.
- Track record of successfully driving the cultural and behavioral shifts required for sales teams to adopt new processes.
