CircleCI seeks an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to shape enablement strategy and execution. In this high-visibility role, you will build and deliver programs from the ground up, partnering with leadership to directly impact the effectiveness of our revenue teams.
What You'll Do
- Design and personally deliver engaging onboarding and continuous training programs for sales roles.
- Own and operationalize sales methodology adoption across the revenue organization through coaching and workshops.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate product positioning into field-ready tools like battle cards and pitch decks.
- Equip sellers to confidently position CircleCI's AI-powered CI/CD capabilities and support for AI-native engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Revenue leadership to identify skill gaps and build a curriculum roadmap that scales with growth.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of B2B sales enablement experience, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record of directly facilitating training and driving measurable improvements in sales performance.
- Deep fluency in sales methodologies like Command of the Message, MEDDIC, and Challenger.
- Experience enabling sellers in a competitive, displacement-driven environment.
- Strong command of messaging and positioning to translate value propositions into how reps sell.
- A builder's mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and capable of creating structure without a fully built-out team.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to or enabling sellers who engage technical audiences.
- Experience working with or alongside technical product teams, or prior enablement at a developer tools company.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC as a qualification framework.
Team & Environment
You will partner closely with GTM leadership. This is a high-visibility role with room to grow and build a team.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $127,500—$159,000 USD
