Drata is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage impactful onboarding programs for new sales team members, combining live instruction, digital learning, certifications, and follow-up activities to shorten time-to-productivity.
  • Design and lead continuous training initiatives covering core sales activities such as discovery, qualification, value-based selling, demonstrations, pipeline advancement, negotiation, and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and revenue operations to reinforce adherence to the sales process, enhance stage-by-stage performance, and provide managers with structured coaching tools.
  • Produce and update field resources including playbooks, messaging guides, certification paths, call scripts, and ready-to-use sales collateral to ensure consistent market execution.
  • Support go-to-market readiness for product updates, pricing changes, and strategic priorities by working closely with product and marketing teams.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence and modern learning workflows to expand training reach, streamline content delivery, and increase efficiency across revenue-facing teams.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for enablement effectiveness, such as onboarding duration, certification rates, training engagement, content utilization, process compliance, and real-world application, using insights to refine programs.
