Responsibilities
- Lead structured coaching and onboarding programs for U.S.-based B2B sales teams
- Guide sales representatives through every phase of the sales process, from initial discovery to closing deals
- Conduct role-playing exercises, call evaluations, and real-time feedback sessions to strengthen selling techniques
- Use AI-driven platforms such as Hyperbound, Yoodli, or FullyRamped to simulate realistic sales interactions and expand coaching reach
- Perform quality assessments across various sales approaches and customer engagements
- Analyze recorded calls, CRM data, and performance indicators to pinpoint areas for skill development
- Turn performance data into targeted, individualized growth plans
- Apply artificial intelligence insights from coaching technologies to increase visibility and personalize development
- Promote and reinforce proven sales frameworks including MEDDIC, Challenger, and SPIN methodologies
- Support product knowledge training and help develop or refine coaching resources
- Ensure uniformity in how sales messages are delivered and processes are followed
- Integrate AI-powered communication tools to boost the clarity and impact of sales messaging
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership to align coaching with onboarding, product changes, and pipeline goals
- Act as a conduit for frontline feedback to inform leadership decisions
- Monitor participation in coaching activities and track performance trends over time
- Deliver periodic reports to sales leaders on individual and team progress
- Evaluate the impact of AI-enhanced training solutions and refine their application for better outcomes
