Energy Exemplar is hiring a Sales Director – Saudi Market

About the Role

What You'll Do

Take ownership of end-to-end sales strategy across Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region. You’ll identify and convert new business opportunities within Energy, Utilities, and Oil & Gas organizations, consistently working toward financial targets and quarterly goals. Drive pipeline growth through proactive outreach, stakeholder engagement, and value-based selling approaches that address real customer challenges.

Use CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot to track, manage, and forecast a robust sales pipeline. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch targeted campaigns that generate interest and conversion. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and regional networks to strengthen brand presence and capture new leads.

Stay ahead of market dynamics by conducting ongoing research into regulatory environments, emerging applications, and regional customer needs. Work closely with product, technical, and customer success teams to align solutions with client expectations and ensure long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in enterprise software or consulting sales, with a focus on net new business.
  • Proven background in Energy, Utilities, or Oil & Gas industries.
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales targets in competitive or high-growth markets.
  • Experience guiding large enterprise clients through technology or business transformation initiatives.
  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and building relationships across technical and executive levels.
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed to support client engagement and market development.
