Lead sales expansion in the Saudi market for a global software provider serving the Energy, Utilities, and Oil & Gas industries. As Sales Director, you will own the full sales cycle, identifying new opportunities and scaling relationships within key enterprise accounts across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Drive net-new sales by engaging decision-makers and stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels.
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals through disciplined pipeline management using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Develop a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and industry-specific challenges to position solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and expand footprint in existing accounts.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to strengthen market presence and uncover new business avenues.
- Work closely with product, technical, and customer success teams to align customer needs with solution capabilities and ensure long-term success.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales, with a focus on net-new business development.
- Established experience selling into Energy, Utilities, or Oil & Gas organizations in Saudi Arabia or similar markets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and large-scale projects with enterprise clients.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in high-growth or emerging markets.
- Comfortable traveling locally as needed to meet clients and support regional engagement.
