Rwazi, Inc. is hiring a Sales Director, Middle East to lead revenue growth for our enterprise AI-powered decision intelligence subscriptions. You will own new revenue execution across the Middle East market, landing new enterprise accounts and expanding existing relationships.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close, including land and expand motions.
- Maintain predictable forecast accuracy through structured pipeline discipline.
- Navigate complex enterprise buying committees and executive engagement.
- Align product capabilities with specific enterprise pain points using a value-based selling approach.
- Close multi-year subscription contracts with new and existing customers.
- Drive expansion within multi-department enterprise accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, specifically selling multi-year subscription contracts.
- Experience owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Ability to build and manage a complex pipeline with forecast accuracy.
- Demonstrated skill in engaging with C-level executives and navigating complex buying committees.
- Expertise in value-based selling, aligning technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East enterprise market and business culture.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Head of Monetization.
