About the Role

Fluidstack is hiring a Sales Director to own high-impact enterprise opportunities across the US market. You will navigate complex, consultative sales cycles at the intersection of AI innovation and mission-critical cloud infrastructure, architecting solutions for everyone from agile AI startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

What You'll Do

  • Own and close greenfield enterprise deals with leading AI labs and technology companies in your territory
  • Develop sophisticated deal structures that align with customer business outcomes and strategic objectives
  • Identify and capture strategic expansion opportunities as clients scale their AI operations
  • Lead rapid response to RFPs from high-value target accounts
  • Define Fluidstack's unique value propositions and competitive differentiators based on market intelligence
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, product, and engineering teams on infrastructure deployment strategies
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies including digital outreach, industry events, and strategic networking
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target enterprises
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting with clear visibility into monthly and quarterly performance

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS environments at high-growth technology companies
  • Consistently exceeded revenue targets with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience selling technical infrastructure solutions to C-level executives and technical decision-makers
  • Exceptional ability to rapidly acquire new technical and market knowledge independently
  • Outstanding communication skills with confidence presenting to C-suite audiences
  • Deep commitment to excellence with the work ethic to match ambitious goals
  • Strong quantitative skills and sophisticated negotiation capabilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and industry events
  • Based within commuting distance of one of our hubs in Seattle, San Francisco, Austin or New York
