About the Role

Synthflow AI is hiring a Head of Sales to lead and build the sales organization for our category-defining Voice AI product. You will be at the forefront of revenue growth, hiring and mentoring the team, owning go-to-market execution, and working directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Drive and accelerate revenue growth, setting clear quarterly and annual targets.
  • Act as an enabler for Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, ensuring they have the tools and support to achieve their targets.
  • Build and mentor a team of 15+ AEs and BDRs, obsessively managing and optimizing the sales pipeline.
  • Actively engage in significant enterprise sales processes, guiding deals through to successful closure.
  • Provide hands-on support to secure complex technical deals.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies, messaging, and pricing.
  • Leverage detailed forecasting, analytics, and CRM management to ensure pipeline visibility and predictability.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership in high-growth enterprise software startups (Series B and above / $20M ARR and above).
  • Track record of scaling sales teams from 10 to 30+ employees, hiring and mentoring high performers.
  • Extensive experience closing 6-figure technical deals involving APIs, Voice AI, LLMs, or similar technology.
  • Strong track record of success as an individual contributor before transitioning into leadership.
  • Comfortable engaging deeply with technical buyers, discussing product capabilities and requirements.
  • Obsessed with deal execution and detail-oriented pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communicator and mentor, leading by example and inspiring team excellence.

Team & Environment

You will lead and build the sales organization, reporting directly to the CEO and leadership team. Your immediate focus will be to build and mentor a team of 15+ Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.

You will join a culture passionate about driving significant revenue growth on a category-defining product. You'll get in early as part of the senior leadership, shaping strategic direction and building high-performing teams in a dynamic startup.
