Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Director of Enterprise Sales to build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise growth for an innovative AI marketing platform. This fully remote leadership role is for a results-driven sales executive who can develop strategy, optimize processes, and drive significant revenue.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale an enterprise sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and operational processes across segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align sales, product, and business goals
- Optimize outbound prospecting and lead follow-up processes to build pipeline velocity
- Analyze performance data to improve sales motions and drive accountability via KPIs
- Ensure consistent usage of sales tools including Salesforce and Gong for productivity tracking
- Foster a culture of excellence, coaching sales reps and reinforcing customer-centric practices
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales
- At least 5 years of experience managing and developing sales teams with a record of overachievement
- Proven ability to scale and lead high-performing teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Strong command of sales analytics and tools to drive operational excellence
- Skilled communicator and motivator capable of driving team performance and alignment
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership style focused on execution and growth
