Youtap is hiring a Sales Director to drive the expansion of our enterprise customer base. In this role, you will build strategic relationships with senior executives across financial institutions, enterprises, telcos, transport operators, governments, and large merchant ecosystems. You will take a consultative approach, aligning customer business objectives with Youtap’s modular fintech platform and professional services to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline across targeted enterprise accounts.
- Identify strategic prospects and develop executive relationships to drive adoption of Youtap’s platform and solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business models, digital transformation objectives, and customer engagement strategies.
- Position Youtap’s platform capabilities including digital banking, loyalty and rewards, POS, ticketing, and embedded finance solutions.
- Lead multiple opportunities simultaneously across different stages of the enterprise sales cycle.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments including business, product, technology, and executive leadership teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, solutions architecture, delivery, finance, and legal to develop competitive proposals.
- Coordinate internal resources to design and deliver tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Prepare and present compelling client proposals including solution architecture, financial justification, ROI modelling, and implementation plans.
- Address client objections and position Youtap’s differentiated value proposition.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and contractual agreements with clients.
- Ensure deals align with Youtap’s delivery capabilities, implementation frameworks, and commercial guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience, with a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling technology platforms, fintech solutions, SaaS products, or enterprise digital solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Experience selling into financial institutions, telcos, transportation, government, or large enterprise organisations.
- Knowledge of fintech, digital payments, embedded finance, loyalty platforms, or digital customer engagement solutions.
- Experience working in high-growth technology companies or SaaS environments.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
