Pavago is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound prospecting. You'll collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation campaigns, requiring resilience for high-volume outreach.
What You'll Do
- Conduct a high volume of cold calls daily to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Manage cold email campaigns, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system for accuracy.
- Adapt to role adjustments as needed by the company.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Effective communication skills for articulating ideas and building rapport.
- Ability to manage data and generate insightful reports.
- Proficiency with software tools like Zoom, Slack, and CRM platforms.
