- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow-up requests
- Participate in team meetings and performance reviews

- Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape
- Escalate technical or complex inquiries to appropriate teams
- Contribute to process improvements in lead management
- Use sales tools and analytics to monitor performance
- Follow compliance and data privacy guidelines in outreach
- Support onboarding of new team members when needed
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
