About the Role

Uptalent.io is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead our outreach initiatives. In this role, you will be vital to generating leads, building a strong pipeline, and supporting our sales team to drive growth for our dynamic remote talent platform.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research potential clients aligned with Uptalent.io’s target market.
  • Use cold calling, email, and social media to generate leads and contact key decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos.
  • Manage and prioritize leads efficiently using CRM software to maintain a steady pipeline.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales forecasts.
  • Conduct initial meetings and presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide support and insights to colleagues in a collaborative work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and a track record of achieving lead generation targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive attitude.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
