Uptalent.io is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead our outreach initiatives. In this role, you will be vital to generating leads, building a strong pipeline, and supporting our sales team to drive growth for our dynamic remote talent platform.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential clients aligned with Uptalent.io’s target market.
- Use cold calling, email, and social media to generate leads and contact key decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos.
- Manage and prioritize leads efficiently using CRM software to maintain a steady pipeline.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales forecasts.
- Conduct initial meetings and presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies aligned with company goals.
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders.
- Provide support and insights to colleagues in a collaborative work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and a track record of achieving lead generation targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive attitude.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
