Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR UAE Market) to serve as the first point of contact for individuals and businesses exploring global opportunities. You'll engage with a Dubai-based Immigration & Business Consulting firm's inbound prospects, helping them take the first step in their international journey.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to 10–15 inbound leads per day across multiple platforms.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and aligning them with our services.
- Schedule consultations and calls with the appropriate consultants or advisors.
- Maintain detailed and accurate lead records in the CRM system.
- Re-engage previously interested leads and manage follow-up sequences.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and consulting teams for smooth handovers.
- Offer basic guidance on our service offerings, pricing, and next steps.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple conversations.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Access to a reliable computer and stable internet connection (10 Mbps or higher).
Nice to Have
- Previous CRM experience.
