Lago is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build the early-stage pipeline for our Software-as-a-Service platform. You will play a key role in identifying potential customers and setting up qualified demos, helping to fuel the growth of our sales engine.
What You'll Do
- Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through cold email, cold calls, and social platforms.
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and evaluate their fit for our SaaS solution.
- Qualify interested prospects and schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Accurately log all outreach activities and conversations in the CRM system.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach strategies.
- Build a solid understanding of our platform and clearly communicate its value to prospects.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to keep them engaged through the sales funnel.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach activity, demo bookings, and qualified leads.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound-focused sales role.
- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English at a C1-C2 level.
- Comfort with cold outreach, follow-ups, and early-stage sales conversations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with strong time-management skills.
- Passion for delivering a professional and positive prospect experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with team goals.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like ZoomInfo.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
