MedTrainer was looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Drive sales growth in a dynamic, on-site environment as a Sales Development Representative. You'll play a key role in initiating new business conversations through consistent outbound outreach, making over 100 calls and sending numerous emails each day to connect with potential clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and email campaigns to generate interest and qualify prospects
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from web forms, emails, and phone inquiries
  • Collaborate in real time with sales colleagues to refine outreach strategies and share insights
  • Log all interactions and track customer data accurately within the CRM system
  • Maintain a structured workflow to stay productive in a fast-paced setting
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving sales tactics

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to sustain high activity levels, including 100+ daily calls or emails
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on active listening and clarity
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage contacts and track engagement
  • Reliable daily attendance at the office—this role requires consistent on-site presence
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, energetic team culture that values real-time problem-solving
