Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations with potential clients via email and phone
- Research target markets to identify new business opportunities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on set criteria
- Schedule introductory calls for the account executive team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects using structured sequences
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and targeting
- Meet or exceed monthly lead qualification targets
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques
- Adapt outreach strategies based on feedback and performance data
- Respond to prospect inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer pain points during initial conversations
- Escalate qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends
- Contribute to the development of outreach templates and workflows
- Use data to prioritize high-potential leads
- Engage with prospects on multiple channels including email and LinkedIn
- Track key performance metrics daily
- Attend team meetings to review progress and strategy
- Support the sales team with lead intelligence and insights
