Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a growing consulting and technology transformation business as it expands globally. You will be at the forefront of outbound outreach, identifying and qualifying leads across the UAE, US, and European markets to book discovery calls for senior sales teams.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule high-quality meetings for the senior sales team with decision-makers.
- Research target companies and identify key stakeholders in the UAE, US, and Europe.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and prospects in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.
- Meet weekly KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
- Represent the company professionally across international markets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar outbound sales or SDR/BDR role.
- Previous experience working with international markets (UAE, US, Europe) is essential.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Must have a laptop or desktop, high-speed internet connection, and backup power.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach) is advantageous.
