Jesica is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Remote | Panama-Based)

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in building and qualifying pipelines for fast-scaling ventures in healthcare, B2B SaaS, and operational services. Working remotely from Panama, you'll engage in structured outbound outreach—via phone, email, and LinkedIn—to identify and connect with decision-makers who match our target customer profiles.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct consistent, data-driven outreach using defined cadences across multiple channels
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer criteria
  • Lead discovery conversations to assess fit, timing, and decision-making authority
  • Schedule qualified meetings that meet the expectations of closing teams
  • Log activities, insights, and follow-ups accurately in CRM systems
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and contribute to forecasting reliability
  • Quickly adapt messaging across industries and value propositions
  • Meet and exceed benchmarks for outreach volume and meeting conversion

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR roles, or B2B prospecting
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with executives
  • Proven ability to handle rejection and persist through objections
  • Comfort working during U.S. Pacific Time hours (9 AM–5 PM PST)
  • Self-directed with a disciplined approach to tracking and improving performance
  • Fast learner who can quickly grasp new industries and technical offerings
  • Coachable mindset with a clear interest in long-term growth in sales or GTM strategy
  • Commitment to building a career in high-performance sales environments

Preferred Background

  • For healthcare roles: academic or professional experience in pharmacy, life sciences, or healthcare
  • For SaaS roles: familiarity with tech or software sales cycles
  • For services roles: experience selling to SMBs or managing B2B service relationships
