What You'll Do
Conduct outbound outreach using phone, email, and LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and generate qualified opportunities. You'll research and identify key decision-makers who match specific customer profiles, then build and manage targeted prospect lists. Your primary goal is to set up high-quality meetings by leading discovery conversations that uncover needs, urgency, and readiness to buy—ensuring smooth handoffs to closing teams.
Track all outreach activities, follow-ups, and insights in the CRM to maintain accurate records and a clean sales pipeline. Adapt your messaging across industries and meet measurable targets for activity and meeting conversion. You'll work within a structured, data-driven environment where consistent performance is expected and progress is monitored weekly.
Requirements
- Demonstrate resilience and competitiveness, staying motivated even after repeated rejection

- Communicate confidently with U.S.-based professionals during Pacific Time business hours (9 AM–5 PM PST)

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years in outbound sales, SDR work, or B2B sales roles
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence
- Experience handling objections and qualifying leads effectively
- Background in pharmacy, healthcare, or life sciences for healthcare-focused roles
- Prior exposure to SaaS or tech sales for technology-focused positions
- Experience selling services to SMBs or B2B clients for operations-focused roles
