RocketAMS is hiring a Sales Development Representative for a full-time, fully remote role on a fixed day-shift aligned with Australian business hours. In this position, you will drive our sales pipeline by building targeted prospect lists, executing outreach campaigns, and engaging with potential customers to generate qualified leads.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain highly targeted prospect lists aligned with campaigns and priorities.
- Conduct research and website scraping to ensure lists are accurate, relevant, and well-segmented.
- Manage and refine lead data using Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
- Create and run outbound campaigns using Instantly, Clay.io, and HeyReach.
- Monitor performance metrics such as deliverability, open rates, and response rates, and suggest improvements.
- Optimise messaging, targeting, and workflows to increase engagement and conversions.
- Respond promptly to inbound messages or campaign replies.
- Qualify leads by assessing interest, fit, and opportunity potential.
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team or schedule meetings as needed.
- Track outreach activity and provide weekly reports on campaign results, lead quality, and conversions.
- Share insights and recommendations to improve messaging, list quality, and market responses.
What We're Looking For
- Experience or willingness to learn Instantly, Clay.io, and HeyReach.
- Data-savvy, with strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).
- Experienced with website scraping and building accurate, targeted lead lists.
- Strong written communication skills, able to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for research and outreach.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised with excellent list management skills.
- High ownership mindset—proactive, self-driven, and resourceful.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote setup.
- Reliable internet connection with backup options.
