Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outreach to secure at least 40 meaningful daily conversations with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Actively connect with business brokers to cultivate a pipeline of off-market acquisition opportunities.
- Present the company’s value as a strategic partner, emphasizing benefits of joining or merging to improve cybersecurity and operational capacity.
- Assess potential acquisition candidates using defined criteria such as team size, IT systems, and willingness to pursue strategic change.
- Apply targeted 'Smart Outreach' methods with in-depth research and customized follow-up for second attempts at initial meetings.
- Reframe common objections by positioning discussions around strategic partnerships or exit pathways rather than service sales.
- Ensure smooth transfer of qualified prospects to the M&A Director while maintaining positive engagement before discovery calls.
- Keep accurate and detailed records in HubSpot, documenting insights and communication history to support ongoing acquisition efforts.
