Responsibilities
- Qualify the leads our marketing generates every day
- Multi-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn, and testing new channels
- Build sequences: form hypotheses, test, measure, improve
- Actively shape SDR processes in a fast-growing startup
- Onboard new customers
Requirements
- Native or C2 Polish
- Good English
- 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, B2B SaaS preferred
- Naturally competitive, driven to maximize output, and motivated by uncapped commission
- Willing to temporarily relocate to Austria (around 1-2 month in Vienna to soak up our culture)
