About the Role

Deel is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Mobility | Turkey to play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships within target customer segments. You will be a key driver for generating new business through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling product demonstrations.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in Turkey.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Turkish.
  • 2+ years of outbound prospecting and cold calling experience, especially for the Middle East region.

Nice to Have

  • Immigration/visa/legal knowledge or background.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset.
  • Ability to write effective email copy and sequence campaigns.
  • Adaptability and comfort with a fast-paced environment.
  • Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Experience working for an HR or Fintech company.
  • Experience at a fast-growing startup.
  • Previous successful experience working in a remote & distributed team.
