  • Participate in training and performance review sessions
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Use feedback to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Adapt communication style to different customer profiles
  • Contribute to process improvements in lead acquisition
  • Attend team meetings and share insights from the field
  • Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing market feedback
  • Engage in cold calling and email campaigns as needed
