Responsibilities
- Identify potential buyers following client guidelines and initiate contact via email, social platforms, and phone calls
- Reach out to new and current customers across communication channels to build a consistent flow of leads
- Interact with prospects to establish trust and assess alignment between their needs and available offerings
- Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings
- Create and maintain a CRM system or contact database for tracking interactions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure lead generation supports broader sales objectives
- Define sales targets to drive revenue and provide performance updates
- Design, share, and gather feedback from customer surveys, then summarize findings in reports
- Perform routine administrative duties as needed
- Serve as the initial contact for customer questions and issue resolution
- Complete additional tasks assigned on an as-needed basis
