Booksy is hiring a Sales Development Representative based in Colombia to connect with potential leads and schedule demos of Booksy Biz. You'll be a key brand ambassador, using your understanding of the local market to impress clients and arrange quality meetings for our sales team. This role is central to our mission of empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses.
What You'll Do
- Schedule demos of Booksy Biz between potential leads and the sales team.
- Leverage a high-volume sales process using phone calls, emails, text, and social media outreach to engage customers and set quality meetings.
- Conduct introductory conversations about Booksy by phone and via Social Media to arrange product presentations for sales teams.
- Act as a Booksy Brand Ambassador to impress potential clients with understanding of their reality.
- Work closely with colleagues in Sales, Product, and Operations.
What We're Looking For
- Residency in Colombia.
- At least 1 year of sales development experience with a proven track record of success.
- Basic understanding of Sales & Sales Cycle.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to learn and be coachable.
- Organization skills and ability to manage a pipeline.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot or similar CRM.
