Huzzle is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and lead qualification for our clients. In this role, you will be the frontline of the sales process, identifying opportunities and scheduling discovery meetings while collaborating closely with sales and marketing.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach to decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-booked KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience working with CRMs and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft).
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Highly organised, target-driven, and resourceful.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to North American or European markets.
