Responsibilities
- Generate a consistent pipeline by securing six qualified opportunities each month via targeted outbound outreach and inbound lead assessment
- Perform over 400 weekly outreach actions using email, LinkedIn, and cold calling, combining automation with personalized engagement strategies
- Identify and connect with engineering leaders, CTOs, and DevOps teams at fast-growing startups and large organizations
- Hold approximately ten qualification calls per week and ensure 3 to 5 weekly referrals to Account Executives
- Work closely with sales and product departments to refine messaging, share market insights, and increase conversion efficiency
- Utilize AI-powered and advanced prospecting technologies to enhance outreach performance and productivity
