Enginy is hiring a Sales Development Representative - Italian Market

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to promising Italian B2B prospects through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other outbound methods
  • Assess lead potential by identifying needs, budget, and decision-making structures, then pass qualified opportunities to sales teams
  • Develop deep expertise in an AI-powered platform and communicate its benefits in streamlining prospecting for Italian businesses
  • Partner with marketing to adapt messaging, outreach sequences, and campaigns specifically for the Italian audience
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as contact volume, response rates, and conversion to sales-qualified leads
  • Collect and share market insights on competitors and industry-specific challenges to inform product and go-to-market planning
