DBA is hiring a Sales Development Representative II (ABM Focus)

About the Role

This role focuses on driving pipeline growth by initiating conversations with key accounts using insight-driven outreach methods and collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on target customer profiles.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers within targeted account lists
  • Conduct research to understand account needs and decision-making structures
  • Initiate outbound communication through phone, email, and social platforms
  • Use market insights to tailor messaging for specific industries or verticals
  • Schedule discovery meetings for account executives with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine ABM campaign content
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to advance sales conversations
  • Leverage sales intelligence tools to identify buying signals
  • Adhere to defined processes while contributing feedback for improvement
  • Respond promptly to inbound interest from targeted accounts
  • Track and report on key performance metrics regularly
