Huzzle is hiring a Sales Development Representative (German Bilingual Speaker)

About the Role

Huzzle is seeking a German Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for potential clients in target markets. You will represent the company's brand and drive revenue growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives with decision-makers.
  • Research target industries, companies, and prospects in the DACH region.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Business proficiency in German with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1–2 years of prior sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience.
  • Comfortable conducting high outbound call volumes (80-100+ daily).
  • Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration.
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and highly motivated to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Prior SDR or BDR experience.

You will report directly to Account Executives, supporting them in building pipeline.
